Our client is a global leader of top quality products for professional customers in the construction and building maintenance industries. WE are looking for a BUSINESS & DISTRIBUTOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Description :
Reporting to Sub Region Head, our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Accountable for partner organizations within the Sub Region including a range of responsibilities in strategic planning, organizational development for build up of the market organization, coaching of the sales teams, tecnical support and business reporting.
- Assessment of new markets for partner organizations
- Work out business plans for new markets
- Build up relations to local industry stakeholders; regulations, authorities, technical experts, networkers and define and develop strategic partnerships
Qualifications :
The successful candiadtes are required to have the following experiences and skills;
- University degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing/sales/business development with successful leadership abilities ideally gained in internationally active companies in management positions Knowledge of construction industry and related equipments would be an advantage Knowledge of Central Asia and Turkic Republics business environment is an asset
- Excellent command of English
- Working experience in start-up organization management, market development and achievement in closing new business targets
- Ability to seek out and assess new opportunities
- Ability to establish and build credibility strong ability to develop and sustain customer relationships
- No military obligations for male candidates
- No travel restrictions
