FINANCE SPECIALIST

We are seeking a "FINANCE SPECIALIST" for our client, which is an international property company.

Job Description :

 He/ she will be responsible for :

  •  Managing the all financial functions
  •  Having good organisational skills and dealing with all administrative functions of a brand shopping mall in coordination with the mall manager and marketing and technical team
  •  Compliance with all Turkish Tax and Social Security requirements
  •  Budgeting and reporting to head office
Qualifications :
  •  University degree
  •  Minimum 3 years of experience in the finance departments of the companies
  •  Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  •  Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under strict timelines
  •  Goal oriented, self motivated and a good team player
  •  Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
  •  Must have flexibility in working hours
  •  Knowledge about XP professional Word, Excel and Logo will be an advantage
  •  Male candidates must have no military obligations
